Prospective bride or groom should be a registered member of Holy Name Parish. Diocesan policy now expects a couple to begin marriage preparation at least nine months in advance, though the pastor can approve a shorter period.  The first step is to schedule a meeting with the pastor in which the couple will fill out some necessary paperwork, discuss parish/diocesan preparation expectations, and begin talking about the sacrament itself.  Only then will a date in the Church be set.
