The Holy Name Altar Society is a ministry of women dedicated to serving the parish and fostering unity among its members. The organization's mission is to:

- Provide care and support for altar needs
- Offer assistance to those in need
- Enrich the spiritual lives of women in the parish
- Promote unity and fellowship within the community

All registered women of the parish are members of the Altar Society. The group meets on the second Thursday of each month, typically in Marian Hall, where they gather for prayer, discussion, and coordination of various duties and initiatives.

The Altar Society undertakes fundraising activities to support the parish, including the annual Fall Festival in November and the parish rummage sale in June, which help cover insurance costs for the physical facility.
